73rd Annual Statue of Liberty Ceremony by the Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars held 28 October 2009. Because of inclement weather ceremony held at Ellis Island. Also includes VFW Membership obligation by Veterans who are also New York Police Officers.
